Lisa Guyer is a highly accomplished Board Certified Health Coach and the CEO of our patient’s health to guide them into into cutting edge testing and treatment suggestions. With a strong passion for nutrition, she pursued her studies in this field through a dietetics program at IU and Purdue. Lisa’s dedication to continuous learning and professional growth is evident in her attendance at multiple post-graduate programs and conferences with many additional certification in UVB/Ozone/NTA/Nutrition/Peptides over the last 20 years, furthering her education in the realm of integrative medicine, cutting edge therapies and healthy eating. She has had the honor of supporting over 200,000 patients to help them find the best path and treatment plan that will keep them on their journey to a vibrant and long life.

Chrissy Albice

Chrissy Albice is a dedicated health coach passionate about helping individuals achieve their optimal well-being. With a functional medicine approach to health, Chrissy integrates nutrition, fitness, and mental wellness to create personalized programs tailored to each client’s unique needs and health goals.

Chrissy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Berklee College of Music and is currently enrolled in school working towards an RN degree. She has spent the past 17 years passionately self studying functional medicine and has consistently expanded her knowledge and skills in the health and wellness field. She has completed certifications in peptide therapies, health coaching, GI-Map testing and brain health optimization under Dr. Amen’s training. She believes that true health is a balance of mind, body, and spirit, and she works closely with her clients to address all aspects of their lives.

Chrissy’s coaching style is supportive, empathetic, and empowering. She aims to inspire and motivate her clients, helping them set realistic goals and providing the tools and strategies needed to achieve them. Whether you’re looking to improve your diet, increase your physical activity, manage stress, or enhance your overall lifestyle, Chrissy is here to support you every step of the way.

In her free time, Chrissy enjoys practicing yoga, cycling, and traveling. She has traveled to over 70 countries and cycled through many of them. Her love for these activities reflects her commitment to a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. Her mission is to make healthy living accessible and enjoyable for everyone, and she’s dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of her clients.

Her reward is to see the improvements made in people’s lives when they are open to the changes needed to better their health.
